Terms of Service

1. Consulting Services and Nature of Advisory

AI Insight Studio delivers consulting, strategic roadmapping, workflow optimization guidance, and workforce education. All recommendations, reviews, and Action Briefs are provided as professional advisory guidance based on client-supplied information and prevailing industry practices at the time of consultation.

2. AI Readiness & Opportunity Review Terms

For clients booking the AI Readiness & Opportunity Review ($197):

• Session Scope: The engagement comprises a dedicated 60–75 minute consultation session followed by delivery of a customized written Action Brief highlighting 2–3 practical AI opportunities and three prioritized recommendations.
• Scheduling, Rescheduling and Refunds: The AI Readiness & Opportunity Review costs $197 and includes a scheduled 60–75-minute consultation and a written Action Brief. Payment is required to confirm the booking. Payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where AI Insight Studio is unable to provide the purchased service.
• Clients may request one complimentary rescheduling of their appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend without notice, may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• If AI Insight Studio must cancel an appointment, the client will be offered a mutually convenient alternative date or a full refund.
• No Speculative Guarantees: The review provides structured assessment and strategic recommendations; it does not constitute a guarantee of specific financial returns or automated business outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

Effective consulting requires accurate client input. Clients are responsible for ensuring that workflow descriptions, operational constraints, and organizational details provided during consultations are accurate and that any shared materials comply with their internal data security standards.

4. Independent Verification of AI Outputs

Artificial intelligence tools produce probabilistic results. Clients acknowledge that third-party AI software solutions recommended or discussed during consulting engagements require human oversight, ongoing verification, and compliance with applicable legal and industry standards.

5. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, original instructional materials, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of AI Insight Studio or Heather S. M. John, as applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Custom Action Briefs and other deliverables prepared specifically for paid client engagements may be used by the client for their own internal business purposes. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, this permission does not transfer ownership of underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, or other pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, AI Insight Studio and Heather S. M. John, MBA, shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the implementation of third-party software, internal business decisions, or technical changes made by the client following advisory sessions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any consulting agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
